Promoter: House of Kind (London) Limited (“House of Kind” or the “Promoter”).

1. The Prize

1.1. One winner will receive a £250 House of Kind gift voucher (the “Prize”), redeemable at www.houseofkind.london.

1.2. The Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed against any products available for purchase on the House of Kind website, without exclusions or minimum spend requirements.

1.3. The Prize may be redeemed across multiple transactions until its full value has been used or it expires, whichever occurs first. Any unused balance remaining on expiry will be forfeited.

1.4. Where the value of a purchase exceeds the remaining voucher balance, the winner must pay the difference.

1.5. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash alternative.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw and their immediate family members are excluded from entry.

2.3. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the Prize.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.2. Participants must complete and submit the official House of Kind anniversary prize draw entry form, available through the House of Kind website or via the designated QR code at Good Housekeeping Live.

3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the entry method used. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3.4. Entries must be complete, accurate and received within the promotional period.

3.5. Entry is not conditional upon subscribing to House of Kind marketing communications. Choosing not to subscribe will not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.

4. Promotional Period

4.1. The prize draw opens on 20 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm UK time on 14 November 2026 (the “Closing Date”).

4.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received through the eligible entry methods, using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.

5.2. The draw will take place on 17 November 2026, and the winner will be notified by email using the address provided on entry.

5.3. The winner must respond within seven calendar days of notification to claim the Prize. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner before treating the Prize as unclaimed.

5.4. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within that period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

5.5. The Promoter will retain reasonable records of the selection process and award of the Prize.

5.6. To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the Promoter will make the winner's surname and county available upon request. Entrants may object to this disclosure, or request that the information disclosed be limited, by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority.

6. Prize Fulfilment

6.1. The Prize will be issued electronically to the winner following confirmation of eligibility and acceptance.

6.2. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from its date of issue. The expiry date will be confirmed when the voucher is supplied.

6.3. The Prize is subject to the Promoter's standard website purchase terms, insofar as those terms are applicable and do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Personal Data

7.1. Personal data collected in connection with the prize draw will be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and notifying the winner, fulfilling the Prize and complying with applicable legal obligations.

7.2. Participation in the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Marketing emails will only be sent to entrants who have separately opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

7.3. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the House of Kind Privacy Policy, available on the Promoter's website.

8. General

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8.2. The Promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw only where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any such action will be proportionate and will not unfairly disadvantage participants.

8.3. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are not successfully submitted or received due to technical failures beyond its reasonable control, provided it has taken reasonable steps to administer the promotion fairly.

8.4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in other parts of the United Kingdom.
