Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly though this website, by selecting the items you want and adding them to your basket and then checking out. If you are having any difficulties placing an order, please contact us on customerservice@houseofkind.london

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and PayPal

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the type of shipping method you have selected. For more information, please check our Shipping Policy against the method you have selected.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship worldwide. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to local customs duty.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you contact us immediately after you have placed your order and want to make a change/ cancel, we may be able to assist you. However, if you order has already been processed for dispatch, then you will need to return it to us and request a refund.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. You can select this shipping method upon checkout.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs will depend on where you are shipping to and the method you have selected. Please look at our shipping policy for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

At present we do not offer exchange. You will need to return the item you have purchased within the 30-day return policy, and then order a new one. 

Are returns free?

Returns are at your cost, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, providing all items are unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required and returns must be made within the 30-day return policy.   

What items are non-refundable or non-returnable?

All items are returnable and refundable providing they unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging and you can provide us with proof of purchase.

How do I find the right size?

Do your products run true to size?

They are true to size. 

Do you offer custom sizes or tailoring?

Not at the moment. 

How do I care for my clothes?

As per the care labels attached to the inside of the clothes. 

Payments & Security

Is my payment information secure?

We do not store your payment information. We have partnered with the reputable Worldpay for our payment solution. Please visit their website for further information. 

What currencies do you accept?

You can pay in whichever currency you bank, it will be converted at checkout into GBP. 

Will I be charged taxes or duties?

You may be charged depending on the amount you spend. It is your responsibility to understand the taxes and duties you may be liable to. 

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined for a number of reasons. If you have tried more than once and cannot make the payment, we suggest you contact your bank. 

Do you offer gift cards or store credit?

We offer gift cards  (tokens of kindness) but do not provide store credit.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, if you would like us to keep in contact about our latest offers, promotions and subscribe to our newsletter, then we suggest you set up an account.

Promotions & Discounts

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We do. In order to keep informed about our discounts and promotions, please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on our socials. 

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

There is an option to use a promotional code at checkout. 

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

You can only use one code at a time, unless we have a promotion that allows more than one. 

Do you offer a student discount?

Not at the moment, but if you contact us at customerservice@houseofkind.london then we may be able to provide you with a discount. 

How can I be notified of upcoming sales?

By signing up to our newsletter and keeping an eye on our socials.

What are your customer service hours?

We are available Monday to Friday from 8:30- 6pm and at the weekends from 10- 3pm; and endeavour to respond to all queries within 2 business days. 

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

Not at the moment, but we are working on this. 

How can I leave feedback about my shopping experience?

We would love to receive feedback from you about your purchases and shopping experience. You can do this by emailing us at customerservice@houseofkind.london or by leaving a review on Trustpilot or Google MyBusiness.

We would also love to see how fabulous you look in our brand, so encourage that you upload photos and videos onto socials and tag us in them also using the #kindnessisoursuperpower

We will repost all photos to our socials either on our story or feed, and provide you with a discount code off your next purchase to show you exactly how much we value you being a part of the sisterhood.
