Refund policy

Refund policy (UK, Europe and Rest of the world).

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we have a 30-day return policy (except for on sale items), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us, providing you let us know that you want to return it within 14 days of receipt.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of the return. In all instances, you must organise any returns yourself. We will not be responsible for returned orders that have been lost in transit, so we recommend choosing a tracked service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@houseofkind.london. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package and you will need to make the necessary arrangements for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged/defective items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have accidentally received the wrong item. This is so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In instances where items are returned owing to defects/ damage, you will need to arrange the return, but in this instance we will reimburse the cost of returning the item to you once we have received the item and have verified the issue to be damage or defect that was not your fault, and you have provided us with a third-party receipt for the return. 

Please note that damaged and defective items also need to be returned within 30 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All other terms and conditions of the Returns Policy apply.

Exchanges
Although we do not offer exchanges, you are welcome to return your item as per our refund policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (either just the value of the returned item or the value of the returned item plus delivery) on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and received the item back, but you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@houseofkind.london.
